the future.
AIRPORT FIELD TRIPS
TigerFlight foundation, in cooperation with the Etowah Youth and Science Technology
Center, hosts school outings to Richard B Russell Regional Airport in Rome. These
field trips expose children to the history of aviation, the basics of flight,
and a small museum in progress, which honors the greatest generation. Last but
not least, leads children to the dream of flight; not only in the air, but also
on the ground. In the TigerFlight ready room, during class visits, children hear
about how they are pilot in command of their own lives. This motivational program
delivers a message that some children have never heard. That they were created
to succeed, and that they are indeed responsible, as pilot in command of their
lives. They are exposed to goal setting and the power of how once their dream
in life is identified, they have all it takes to make it a reality.
